Hotel Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancel your stay more than 48 hours in advance of check-in time (3pm) on the day of your arrival, otherwise, you will be charged full payment for one night plus tax. Cancellation policies may differ for group rates. For the Cambria Christmas Market and Lights at Cambria Pines, you must cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance of check-in time (3pm) on the day of your arrival, otherwise, you will be charged the full payment for your stay.
Cancellations can only be made by calling our reservations center at 1-800-966-6490 or by calling the hotel directly at 805-927-5888. We cannot accept cancellations made by email.
Office Hours
Our office is open daily from 8:00am to 9:00pm. If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please text us at 805-927-2235 (text only) so we can send your door access code to you.
Cashless
We only accept debit and credit cards for all purchases (room payments, gift shop items, etc.).
Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking.

- Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms for a nominal fee. There is a $25 nightly fee for up to two well-behaved pets with no breed or weight restrictions. Pets must never be left unattended in the guest room and must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times when outside of the guest room.
- All hotel room rates are quoted for two guests. Additional guests are welcome in rooms that accommodate more than two guests. Any additional guests (adult or child age 6+) will incur an extra charge of $20 each. Children age 5 and under are free.
- Adult rollaway $10, only available in King rooms.
